1. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting us at support@nirmalmasale.in.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products.
To request a refund, email us within 7 days of receiving the product with proof (photos or videos).
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval.
